    Hi, I have a 6 acre parcel of land near Portland that I am wanting to lease out to a grower. Does anyone have any experience with this? I am not sure how much to lease it for as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of resources out there yet for those of us who don’t want to grow but do want to be a part of this industry.
    A few specifics:
    1. 6 acres of raw land.
    2. Tenant would be responsible for drilling well (there is plenty of water) and getting electricity service set up.
    3. There is currently a driveway for the house but the tenant would have to expand it down to the grow area.
    Is there anyone out there that is currently leasing land? How much?
    Any information is welcome! Thanks!

    My quick answer;

    $0.60-0.75/sq ft for space used for actual production (total canopy size). around a $1.00/sq ft if there’s usable greenhouses.

    $0.25/sq ft for additional space needed for operations. $0.35-0.50/sq ft for usable shop structure.

    I’ve sent a message to your OSGG inbox regarding the space you’ve described. Lemme Know!
