Growing medical and recreational in the same plot

    Does anyone know if medical growers will be legally allowed to grow recreational plants in the same plot of land? What would the restrictions be?

    The word is no. I understand if you are growing medical then no, you don’t get 4 extra plants. On the other hand if you are only a med grower for others, not for yourself, a case could be made that the grower is entitled to have 4 for recreational use. This detail will hopefully be cleared up before July 1st.

    The latest word from our lawyer is Yes every address is allowed 4 plants. even if you grow medical. They should be in separate locations and labeled as recreational.
